Which it already is, that public code library called forums.raspberrypi.comShouldn't be github - if that's his concern - there are other public code libraries available.
As has been said before, if you really want it on github, do it yourself and ONLY link back to the first post of this thread. Hopefully the linked repositories on github will eventually drown out all the abandoned attempts to copy and update the files (from people that obviously didn't know better).
