Troubleshooting • 2 pi 5s: 1 power button works fine, the other doesn't shutdown

I have two raspberry pi 5s. On one of them I can press the power button and it will bring up the shutdown menu. On the other pi it does nothing. On both of them I can power up using the power button.

It looks like both pis are configured exactly the same:

• both are 8GB
• same OS version, VERSION="12 (bookworm)"
• same PCIe board: Geekworm X1001
• same SSD: Crucial P3 1TB PCIe Gen3 NAND NVMe M.2 CT1000P3SSD8

The only difference is in the power supplies: one uses the CanaKit 45W USB-C Power Supply with PD for Raspberry Pi 5 (27W @ 5A) while the other one uses the other one is iUniker power supply for Raspberry Pi 5, 5,1V 5A 27W PD

Is there some configuration I need to do on the one that ignores the power button for shutdown?
