Thank you so much for your quick support. Now we are able to Switch between Application mode and mass storage mode using BOOTSEL switch. We mismatch the power sequence of BOOTSEL in our custom PCB that's why we are facing the problem.
Note : Whoever follow this thread for solution.
1) According to your suggestion, Define in standard schematic R2 which is marked DNF (Do Not Fit). In our case R10 must be DNF.
2) Follow the Power sequence for Switch Pressing & Power Up PCB.
