Have you updated Raspberry Pi OS and made sure the EEPROM etc are also updated, see if that fixes anything. There have been plenty of tweaks.

If you close all containers and run one by one, does any particular one trigger it?


If going the temperature route.
You could log temp via homebridge/kit, or just to a file with time stamps.
At least you'll get info then.

You could alter the fan profile and just make it always on (if it not annoying) if that works then you can.alter the fan profile...
