Well, DHT11 can "measure" down to 0C (used to indoor heating)
BME680/SHT45 can measure down to -40C . Other issue is that they can be **stored** down to -40C -perhaps they were not tested below-

DS18B20 can go down to -55C. It only measures humidity (can be used to de validate humidity measures... and maybe to fully disconnect I2C things below -30C)

BTW what is the use of RH measures at very low temperatures?
