Thank you for your reply.
I have now plugged the ethernet plug into the node where I run the cloudflared service, and it seems much more stable.
The test is an upload of pictures to PhotoPrism, which failed each time after uploading some pictures when working over Wifi, now it has been able to upload lots of pictures without stopping.
I do intend to connect all three with ethernet to create an isolated network for the cluster.
I have a growing feeling there is something wrong with the wifi on the Pi5's - when the load gets heavy services attached to the wifi start failing. I see several posts about ssh failing, I guess that's where you would observe it firstly for many.
I still haven't ruled out heat as the reason why the wifi is failing, i tried manually blowing to the pi (got dizzy in the end
) when still on wifi - and I managed to upload more pictures that way, but it was slow. I hope my active coolers will arrive soon, the delivery service is a bit slow...
(And I still have a lot of stuff to figure out before I am happy with the cluster, most importantly how to make the storage available to all nodes, and creating a more tidy ingress from the NodePort one I use now).
