Hi and thanks for your reply, which is very useful! But i do know CEC (and love it) and Yatse and also use it. For the cell phone its very cool to me, but for every-day use it doesn't wortk out for me.
With CEC i have the problem that with my old PI4 CEC stops working after some time (can be between 2h and 24h). I did not find out whether that is hardware or software related. It came when i was updating from Legacy PiOS to the new one (with Kernel 5 i think). But at that time the Pi5 came out and i got one, and with the Pi5 the CEC works on the same TV. Also CEC was working with my Pi4 on this TV for 3 years without just one signal loss. As said this happened when updating, so i guess its a software problem.
You can also see the messages that CEC gives out in that pastebin i posted earlier, which is not related to the USB dongle:

cec-vc4-hdmi-0: message 10 timed out
When the Pi4 boots up, this messages repeats infinitely after some time and CEC stops working (after boot it works fomr some time).
