Perhaps. Until a parent goes complaining to the national press that their precious angel got a huge splinter of PCB pushed deep into their finger which required hospital treatment and they start rattling cages, rallying the mob, demanding it must never be allowed to happen again, that those who allowed it to happen are held to account.It is a non-issue.
I have a gut feeling "it is a non-issue" will not hold up quite so well in those circumstances. And I'd likely take a bet that some commentard somewhere would post "they knew of this issue and ignored it, didn't care", and worse.
But maybe that won't happen. Or maybe someone will see an opportunity to score some compensation and ensure it does.
